Service Contract

Excel Telecom recommends that all systems be covered by and extended warranty plan.  We strongly recommend this plan to all our customers because it is important to realize that although breakdowns are rare the cost of repairs can be very expensive.  Excel Telecom offers various warranty plans to cover the labor and equipment for service calls. The right warranty plan for your company is determined by your business needs. Having a service contract provides benefits such as priority on technical service over clients with no service contract and benefiting from a preferential hourly rate on labour.
