Excel Telecom highly recommends the extended warranty plan to all our customers because it is important to realize that although breakdowns are rare, they can be expensive to repair. Excel Telecom offers three extended service agreements; Platinum, Gold and Silver. The right service agreement plan for your company is determined by your business needs.
Service Agreement Benefits are:
Priority response time – Service agreement members will take priority in dispatching of calls.
Repair service calls – No material costs.
System replacement if equipment fails – Excel Telecom will provide a replacement system, thus eliminating “down time”.
Identification of line problems - Excel Telecom will report any line problems to Bell Canada on behalf of our customer and ensure the problem is resolved.
Remote programming – Resolving most programming questions without waiting for a technician visit, saving you time and money.
Coverage – 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
