This new service was designed to save you time by allowing you to place service calls through the Internet. Excel Telecom's support team will check every hour for service calls placed on line and will return a confirmation of receipt.

Please take note this service is available during our business hours - Monday through Friday from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm. On line service calls placed after regular business hours will be processed the next business day.
